LA Rooftop 3D Scan and Documentation Tech Please provide an up to date resume along with your response. Envizion3D is seeking individuals to join our team who are interested in helping document cell phone tower infrastructure on rooftops in the LA area. Potential job sites span hundreds of buildings in LA for a major telecommunications client. Your responsibilities would consist of arriving at pre-scheduled site locations during the appointment time, accessing equipment cabinets with basic hand tools, and documenting the rooftop by way of capturing the condition of all equipment with a 3D scanner on a tripod and camera on your cell phone. $30-35/hr as an independent contractor Additional details: -Must your have own vehicle/reliable transportation to job sites across the city -Must be available Monday - Friday during Business Hours, 9am-5pm -Must own a cell phone with at least a 12 Megapixel camera and a cellular internet data connection (ex. iPhone 6s/Android Equivalent or newer ) -Expected 40 hrs a week. This may vary based on client and job site availability around the city -We will provide a 3D scanner (BLK360) and training for operation -Must be comfortable working near Telecommunications (Cell Tower Array) equipment and driving to different building rooftops around the City throughout each day Required Skills/Abilities: -The ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems. -The ability to demonstrate resourcefulness to find solutions to issues, create efficiencies and innovation. -Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail. -Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external clients. -Demonstrates the successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within the department, across the organization and with external clients. -Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Duties/Responsibilities: -Facilitate administration of capture process including scanning and photographing sites, documenting occurrences and support on field related issues. -Follow established standard operating procedures and departmental guidelines for capturing and reporting data. -Follows internal guidelines and reporting related to use, maintenance and storage of company issued equipment. -Plan, align and prioritize work to meet project or client deadlines to manage time and needed resources efficiently. -Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, efficiencies, innovations and deliver high quality products/service to clients. -Perform other related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: -Prolonged standing outside at a job site using a tablet computer. -Must be able to lift (and carry) up to 45 pounds at times. -Ability to climb ladders and navigate work areas at various heights including those under construction. -Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. -Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. -Option to travel (up to 50%) including overnight to different cities. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D required; some college courses preferred. 1 year of experience in an operations or similar role preferred.
