Found cat. Orange and white, collar with bell, no ID tag

Found cat Vancouver, WA. Not sure if lost/missing or just new to the area cat (I recommend keeping your cat indoors only in this neighborhood). This is the first time seeing this sweet kitty. (NE 66th ave, Springfield Meadows apartments) It does have a collar with bell. Anyone in any Vancouver groups can post or share on social media? Afraid that it will get hit by a car, attacked by a dog/wild animal or possibly be picked up by not so nice people and I would hate to see something happen to the sweet kitty. Not sure if boy or girl but judging by it’s collar, I believe it’s a girl. Gave it food (dry and a can of wet food, it already ate the whole 5.5oz can of wet food we gave it), kitty treats, water and a box with a towel for shelter for the night. If still around in AM I will take it to the vet to get scanned for a microchip. Five zero three 9 one 4 eight 9 eight one
