Out of town the month of August, willing to sublet my large rehearsal space to a band or individual. -Clean & Air-conditioned. -22 ft x 9.5 ft. -Plenty of space, room for whole band if you need it. Multiple power strips w/ surge protection. -Mini-fridge, microwave, nice couches. -Noise bleed from other rooms is not bad, since this room only shares one wall, and they don't come in very often. -Great vibe, great location right on Hollywood Blvd, between Vine & Ivar. -Secure building, recently renovated. -Free street parking. $750 for the month. (Cheaper than hourly rehearsal if you do the math, plus you can store your equipment in the room.) Available sooner (start now-ish, if you need). Possible ongoing studio share, depending on schedules. But it's all yours for August, and possibly September as well. Access to the room is from 9am to 2am daily.
