Need help moving two heavy items in a house

I've got a 400 pound butcher block to be moved from my truck to my house (about 30 feet up three stairs) and a large, very heavy bedroom dresser to be moved from first floor upstairs to the second floor. Need two or three very strong people who know what they're doing. This is about 30 minutes to an hour of work. Can pay $100
