Looking for a pet Cockatiel

Hello, I am looking for a tame male (do not want to breed) Cockatiel, or at least one that will not take a bite out of my finger when I go to feed them. I just lost a companion cockatiel and his buddy is very upset. He will not stop whistling, talking and squawking. I really did not want a replacement but I feel so bad for my current guy and I need a new friend for him. Please let me know what you have available, where you are located and how much you are asking.
