Auto Body/Interior Work/Carpentry Needed

I have a 63 Thunderbird I would like some body work done on. The body is pretty straight but has some failing paint in some areas. I would like the failed paint areas faired in, the small amount of body damage repaired, and the whole car put in 2K primer. I am a painter and can do the primer spray if you don’t have those skills. The car runs and drives, and you could do at my house, but it would be outside and I currently don’t have any shade set up. If you don’t have the facilities but you got the skills I could set up a canopy. We could do one or two panel at a time, and I could shoot the primer. The second item I have is interior on my 57 Belair. I need door panels and seat covers sewn up. I don’t like any stock stuff so I’m looking for someone that can template off the existing covers and make something sweet. I have the materials picked out and can order whatever. For my house I have screen door jam rot on one door and door jam rot on another. I have one sheet of T1-11 I need replaced, and I also want the whole garage pressure washed and scrapped in preparation for paint. My back and elbow are totally blown out so if you don’t think you can do a sheet of t1-11 you would need to bring a helper, it’s on a 12 foot wall. Last project, my kitchen grout is failing and would like someone to dig out the old grout so that I can re-apply. Main hall on this is taping plastic everywhere to keep the mess under control. I have every single tool needed for all the above work, except the car interior stuff, I have a massive air compressor for running a DA sander or whatever else is needed. I have a grout removal tool for my oscillating multi tool you can use for the grout. I just need someone good at using tools and is handy.
