Iso woman who adopted spike

Back in February I gave my dog spike to a woman and I lost all the contact info. I've just been thinking about him alot and have been in the hospital alot and really struggling with my mental health and I cant remember what happened to the contact info. and just wanted to be able to see how he was doing and possibly get pictures of him because I miss him alot. He was a 3 year old great Pyrenees coon hound mix and his birthday is January 12th.
