Hi! We're Jordyn and Greg. We are looking for a third roommate for an intentional community style house we are forming. Think the Further bus....but stationary. Artists, hippies, free thinkers, those in service to humanity...come through! The space will be run like an intentional commune. We will share some of our resources, food, time and more. Of course, this will be balanced with private time whenever we need it and everyone is expected to be employed and work hard :) ABOUT US- Jordyn is 29 and a special education professional and entertainer who is of service to others as much as possible. Greg is 48 and a sailor who helps addicts in need in Kensington in his free time. *~THE LOGISTICS~* We are looking to move in to our space Oct 1. Rent will be no more than $500/month. $1500 deposit to move in. We are looking in South Philly only. Please, no dogs and no alcohol.
