ISO chihuahua or small dog

I'm looking for a chihuahua or another small dog. Doesn't need to be a puppy, just needs to not be over 3 years old. Needs to be good with kids as I have two. Im in Southwest virginia but I'm willing to drive for the right dog. Thanks!
