Need a break from the conference?! Meet fellow librarians and other information professionals at Denizen's in Silver Spring! Need a break from the SLA conference?! Want to meet members, librarians, and other information professionals outside Zoom and other video services? The DC SLA Community reserves an outdoor table at Denizens in Silver Spring at 5:30 PM in the first in-person gathering since 2020. Denizens only allow reservations for up to 8 people. So first come, first serve! We can discuss the SLA Conference or catch up about our lives. It is a very casual affair. Denizens is about a 15-minute walk from the Silver Spring Metro along East-West Highway. If you see Peet's Coffee or NOAA Center, you are heading in the right direction.
