The Chanterelles are up! These mushrooms are ethically harvested by hand, sustainably sourced and chef quality. They come from Bourbon MO and are wild, not farmed. I am selling fresh Chanterelles by the pound. They will come as I cut them (not rinsed) because some folks say washing in water takes away from flavor (and def. adds weight. Thanks very much grocery store produce spritzers). Pick up will be in Florissant, 270 and Elizabeth area. I will not deliver and I will not ship. These should be available for the next two weeks. $28/lb
