Parking spot wanted for tiny house

In search of a parking space for our tiny house on wheels in the Reno/Sparks, NV area ASAP! We're Chris and Megan, a couple in our early 30s. I work as a wildlife biologist and Chris is an outdoor educator/teacher/biologist. We built our tiny house over the last year during COVID, and are moving to the Reno area for my work. We're both quiet, responsible and respectful people who spend most of our free time outside and love hiking, camping, birding, XC skiing, dogs, and spending time with friends. Ideally, we are looking for a quiet place on the outskirts of Reno, and are excited to help offset rent with work-trade (landscaping, carpentry, pet or kid-sitting, wood splitting, etc). We are clean, easy going, don’t party, and are looking for a place where we might be able to call home for the next year or more. What we can offer: - Rent - House/pet/kid sitting - Property maintenance (snow shoveling, etc.) - Gardening What we need: - Flat spot to park a 30 x 8.5 ft trailer - Water hookup for a garden hose - Ideally a 30A power hookup, although we might be able to get by with 15A - Place to dispose of greywater (but no sewer hookup needed!)
