Celebrate 5 years of eat.YOGA.drink. in this amazing summertime installation! The very first eat.YOGA.drink. class was offered at the Crystal City Sports Pub on January 13, 2016. It's only fitting that we'd return to Crystal City (now National Landing) to celebrate FIVE INCREDIBLE YEARS of fun mindful movement in nontraditional spaces! We are partnering with the National Landing BID to offer a spirited and celebratory yoga session in their colorful, creative, seasonal installation--Summer House! Roll out your mat with us and escape to an out-of-the-ordinary oasis where you'll feel like you're on vacation, right in your own town! DJ Thunder Bunny will regale us with a fun yoga playlist for your flow. Following the yoga experience, you'll enjoy a complimentary beverage at The Freshman, courtesy of NLBID. BYO mat. Tickets for this EYD yoga party are only $5 (limit two per yogi), as a thank you for being so loyal over the years. Tickets include: an hourlong, all-levels vinyasa yoga class set to a live yoga DJan EYD swag baga drink (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) from The Freshman after classan unforgettable experience at Summer House with the EYD commUNITYYoga brought to you with love and laughs by Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, owner of eat.YOGA.drink., bringing traditional yoga and mindfulness experiences to nontraditional spaces.
