Male dog for rehoming

Hello. I am very sad to have to do this but I'm needing to rehome my dog. We have had him for a little over a week, but he is just not settling in how we hoped and our other dog hates him. He needs some where with a fenced yard as he loves to be outside (except for when it's raining, he hates the rain.) He's a very loveable dog, always wanting to cuddle. He's very good but could use some extra training. Being completely honest he does have issues with stealing food off tables. We've worked on it with him but again, we've only had him a week. His previous home didn't treat him right and he was an outside dog with little to no house training, so I don't think he understands he's not supposed to do that. He has only had one potty accident in the house since he's been here and that was primarily my fault for making him wait to long. He will whine and sit by the door when he needs to go out. He's a little under a year old, not fixed. We were going to wait until we could get him neutered to see if that would change our other dogs attitude towards him but unfortunately our vet is not taking any appointments until December and we just can't keep one locked up while the other is out, it just doesn't seem fair. His name is Gus, we were told he's a full pit but maybe mixed with something else, we're not entirely sure. He does mark his territory, but that should go away with neutering and he rarely does it in the house. He would be good with other dogs as he tries to play with our other one quite often. I think he'd be ok with cats that kept to themselves, but we've never let him to close to ours. He will be coming with only a collar, as the leash he came to us with is far to thin and he's started to break it. I'm only asking $85, just to ensure he goes to a good home.
