Writers needed for comedy project

Description
I am looking to put together a creative team to develop a comedy web series based on a major cultural mainstay. The sensibility of the project might be accurately described as understated and the general tone will be semi satirical. Unfortunately, I can't state specifically what the full concept is, to protect the IP from theft. One thing I can say about it is that it will be helpful if you don't take offense easily, although the work won't be overtly offensive. The project will require the typical group of inividuals commonly involved in the production of TV/film. This includes writers, storyboard artists, costume designers and, if the project develops far enough to begin full scale production, camera operators, grips, sound engineers, and editors, among others. Ideally, the crew will serve as the cast also. Anyone involved in stage or theater, in any way, is very much encouraged to contact me. I'll be completely honest, my idea so far is fairly thin. I have zero experience with scriptwriting and so far all I have is a treatment for one episode with another three in the wings. I'm aiming for episodes of around five minutes in length, with the number of episodes limited only by our collective desire to continue the project, but hopefully running at least four episodes. A total series run time of one hour would be ideal but all of this is flexible and can be sorted out as we go along. It doesn't matter if your writing skills aren't great but it would be helpful if you are at least fully fluent in English. The costuming will be pretty straightforward but knowing your way around a sewing machine is a plus. Illustrators should be capable of drawing more than just stick figures. Grips should be firm. It's important to understand that this is a strictly amateur undertaking and I fully expect to have some initial failures. As an amateur project, this is all completely unpaid but as a member of the creative team you will be part owner of the finished (or semi finished) product, which may have some monetary value in the future. Please take note though that the goal of this project is not to monetize it but to use it to hone skills, create a body of creditable work and have some fun. So if all that doesn't sound like way more hassle than you can take, please think about my offer and maybe get in touch.
