75 min Vinyasa Class
This class will be offered every Wednesday in the month of July from 6:00pm-7:15pm.
Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while, connecting their breathing to their movements. This practice encourages students to engage more fully in their bodies; shifting the focus away from thoughts and more into a felt sense.
This is an all levels class. Options to modify or intensify will be provided.
