Male/Female team CrossFit competition hosted by CrossFit 65/69. Thank you for your interest in the Summer Swolstice hosted by CrossFit 65/69. The competition will be held on Saturday, August 7th. Competition will start at 9am and run until roughly 6pm depending on the number of teams. Scaled division will have the morning time slots. The Rx division will have the afternoon time slots. Teams will be made up by 1 female and 1 male. There is a scaled division and a Rx division. The cost is $100 per team. Standards Overview will be at 8:45am - please make sure at least one person from team is there. Requirements listed below are general movements. Workouts may or may not include any combinations of these movements and may include movements not listed. This is a guide to help you decide what would be an appropriate division. It is suggested that both athletes be able to complete the items listed. RX Requirements Deadlift (225/155), Thruster (135/95), Any variation of Clean (185/125), Any Variation of Snatch (135/85), Wallball work 10ft (20+/14+), Kettlebell work (53+/35+), Dumbbell Work (50/35), Box Jumps (24+/20+), Double-Unders, Toes-to-Bar, Chest-to-bar, Handstand Push-ups, Pistol Squats, Rope Climbs. At least one athlete should be able to do Bar Muscle Ups and Handstand Walking. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement. Scaled Requirements Deadlift (135/85), Thruster (45/35), Any variation of Clean (95/65), Any Variation of Snatch (75/55), Wallball work 9ft (20/14), Kettlebell work (35/26), Dumbbell Work (35/20), Box Step-ups (24/20), Single-Unders, Knee Raises, Box Pushups, Ring Rows.
