Need help moving couch and bed

I need help moving a couch and a bed. Down 4 flights of stairs. I need somebody with a truck. I will pay you $40. I need to have couch and bed moved. The bed is just going in trash but couch will be transported 3-4 miles in town to another house and will need help moved inside. The whole process should take less than an hour, Thanks for your time.
