Come gather with us under the summer moon and enjoy our harvest! We are excited to host another farm to table dinner with Farm Chef Jen. Chef Jen began her culinary career at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After graduating she traveled to Italy from Sicilia to Alba working in restaurants, farms, wineries, bakeries and pastry shops. After her year abroad, she moved to San Francisco where her passion for seasonal farm cooking blossomed while working as a chef at Zuni Café with Judy Rodgers. She then made a move to San Diego to work with the co-founders to create the Urban Plates concept, menu and assist with restaurant openings. Chef Jen designs her menus based on what the seasonal availability is from the farm, sources proteins from local California ranches and fishermen while utilizing wood fired cooking techniques.
Bringing the freshness of the fields dinner is a savory six courses meal served with fine wine. Before dinner, we will have a farm tour led by your host Spencer Rudolph Owner/Founder of Sage Hill Ranch Gardens.
With a seating limit of 45 we aim to create a unique and intimate atmosphere. Our event start at 5:30PM with welcome cocktails and grazing boards. Please arrive promptly as farm tour begins 6:00PM with dinner following.
There will be event parking with a shuttle service to accommodate you. This is a working farm, our event space is all out doors with wildlife present. Please wear comfortable and appropriate attire. This is a 21+ event all ticket sales are final.
