Trained in the Shanti Method by Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee, Jehrod is a RYT 200 Hour level teacher. His passion for yoga began in high school almost 15 years ago. Since then he's studied and practiced in the Iyengar tradition and also Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
Self-Love Yoga is Jehrod's interpretation of what a beautiful yoga practice can be. It yields itself to the Shanti method of "any amount", and focuses on ease, using the breath as an anchor and feeling good in the body, mind, and spirit. It's about acceptance and ultimately the union of the self with the source of love.
Beginners and all levels are welcome.
Please bring your own mat and whatever props you need to promote ease [yoga belt or strap, yoga blocks, etc.].
