We have a mini-split and 2 ceiling units on a Blue Ridge System in our open warehouse office and lobby spaces that only worked for a very short time since installation a few years ago. We need an experienced HVAC person to figure out what is wrong and get them working properly and stably, too. I believe all three both cool and heat. We are a small business, so will require you to complete a W-9, but we can pay cash up top the legal limit without reporting.
