We’re looking for a Community Manager with an entrepreneur mindset to help us grow our community. We have rooms available and we need someone that is able to live at our property and be able to show the rooms at anytime.
This position is a three-month contract with the possibility to extend to a full-time position. We provide:
Free room and board in San Francisco, CA.
A $1000 monthly stipend.

Highly competitive commissions on every resident that signs a lease and moves in.
What you’ll do:
The Community Manager will post ads online and interact with prospective tenants.
Schedule tours and show the available rooms and properties. Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new residents and provide post-move-in support when required.

Foster and maintain community relationships and initiatives.
Represent the voice of the resident to provide input into product, marketing, and sales processes.
Who you are:
1 - 2+ years in a sales, customer service, property management, or a similar role
Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
Use data to identify trends and turn them into opportunities
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our residents
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can-do” attitude
Experience within a startup (considered a plus)

4 pm-9 pm M-F
10 am-6 pm Weekends
