Need my minivan lifts replaced

My 07 Dodge Grand Caravan needs the lifts on the back door replaced. I have 2 sets of lifts, but I don't have the tool it needs. I can't even tell what kind of tool it is. I can come to you if you promise not to kill me, or you are welcome to come here. The no killing thing still applies.
