Drummer looks to form R&B/Soul/Blues group

Are you a karaoke star who’s been wanting to join/form a band? Me; 42 yrs old, lots of experience from hard rock to reggae and lots in between. Have played for 30 years but not a pro level player. Have great gear and attitude and looking for other players who want to play great music and have a great time doing it. Wineries, private parties, and bars/ clubs too. Vocals, keys, bass, guitar and a horn or two would be fantastic. Looking for players who do their homework and practice on their own aside from group rehearsals. Good stage presence is highly appreciated, no one wants to see a bunch of lumps on stage just standing there. Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Orgone, Black Pumas, Taskey Brothers are just a couple examples of the vibe and direction I’m thinking about. I’m open to others in the same genre of course. Older groups like Sam & Dave, Wilson Pickett and many more. I’m mellow and easy going, let’s talk and see what happens! Emilio
