Looking for a few janitorial SUBCONTACTORS to clean offices and commercial buildings in the area. Only professionals with: *active WA State Business License (cleaning/janitorial), *business insurance, car/phone and *commercial equipment/supplies should apply. Must be able to sign a non-compete agreement, contract, provide UBI number, and copy of current DL. Payment is once a month by company check or Venmo. Few accounts available now: Bothell area: Fridays and Sundays after 9 pm only (3 hrs shift)-$600/month Kirkland: Wednesdays and Saturdays after 5 pm (3 hrs shift)-$500/month Ballard: Saturdays (1 hr shift from 2pm to 3pm only)-$150/month Redmond: Saturdays (1 hr shift after 6 pm)-$150/month.
