Leveling small slope in yard

Slope that needs to be leveled is 32ft x 9ft footprint. The slope elevates to only max approximately 15inches. The plan is to remove the soil to 5 inches below the surface of the existing concrete pad seen in the photos. Needs to end up roughly level. Of note: you will be leaving 1.5 feet of the slope intact coming out from the fence, so when looking at the photos you will be leaving the highest part of the slope by the fence in place. The soil removed can be dumped in another part of the yard. The yard is up a slight of stairs and otherwise surrounded by a fence. It is not accessible to drive in machinery. Would be a 2 person minimum job. Need own tools for digging out and moving the soil. Please let me know your estimate and availability. I’ll want to confirm you have your own tools.
