PALM HARBOR, FL — Utilities crews will close the outside northbound lane of Belcher Road at Kingfisher Drive north of Tampa Road in Palm Harbor from Monday, July 19 until Wednesday, July 21. The lane will be closed from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. during the installation of a cured-in-place pipe liner in a sanitary sewer main. Motorists are advised to follow all traffic signs while driving through the area and seek an alternate route to avoid delays.
