Hello Everyone, I am looking to take my clothing business to the next level and have a franchisee open up a location down in Miami. Our business is currently based out of Pennsylvania, and in the short 6 months that we've been open, we've done over a quarter of a million dollars in sales within a small town. We want to expand on that, and help our name grow by opening up a location in Miami. A little more about myself and the business itself, it started as soon as I graduated college. Now I graduated college with a degree in computer science and business. When I was in college, I found that there was no place for me to shop for Men's Clothing during my time enrolled. This gravitated me towards the idea of opening up my own place in a small college town. Through this period of time, we've not only spread our brand, but are in the process of opening up a second store in a more populated city in Pennsylvania. Now to be more specific, our store does only sell Men's Clothing, but we specialize in more street ware brands. We carry Supreme, Off-White, Nike, Adidas, and etc. But due to popular demand, we've increased our dress related clothing inventory as well and stocked up on suits. Most of our business remains in the street ware, but we sell out of suits almost every other week. We're looking for someone who lives closer to or in Miami itself, someone who is dedicated and ready to make some money, and someone with the capital to put up for a franchisee fee. The store location itself will be picked by the franchisee, and all renovations will be covered by the initial franchisee fee.
