MORRISTOWN, NJ — Another major Morristown event will make a return. Meet Me In Morristown will come back July 29 and August 26. The events — run by the Morristown Partnership and Morris Arts — turn Morristown into an artistic hotbed. The streets will transform as artists showcase their work and musicians perform. Many Morristown businesses will also operate sidewalk sales and demonstrations. Sidewalk sales take place throughout town from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., while art sales and entertainment occur from 5-9 p.m. at the Vail Mansion Lawn. The rain date is set for the following Friday of each event. Announcements will be made by noon of the scheduled day. See guidelines for participating. All activities will operate in compliance with state public-health guidelines and local directives. "This event is an amazing partnership combining local businesses, downtown development and marketing organizations with arts organizations," said Tom Werder, executive director of Morris Arts.
