Starting pay range is $18.82 - $26.36 per hour. The Highlands Ranch Metro District is currently accepting applications for a Facilities Technician I position. Principal duties include the maintenance of District Facilities, snow removal, assisting with the district fence maintenance program, maintenance of district playgrounds, graffiti removal in Parks and Open Space, maintenance of district restrooms and facilities, including limited electrical and plumbing work. Applicants must have a minimum of two years facilities maintenance experience or related skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is also required.
