Paint wood trim of brick house

Looking for painter to repaint wooden trim of 1000 sf brick house in August. I will supply paint and caulk. You are NOT expected to repair any damaged wood trim. I will have wood repaired before you begin. You are expected to remove loose or flaky existing paint, prime any bare wood, and caulk joints and openings. You will be expected to keep paint on wood trim and off everything else. These are reasonable expectations. Provide a few references in your email to me. I am willing to provide references to you. Go look at it and then email me your price.
