We are a Boulder couple offering many skills to help you take care of your home. This would be in exchange for partial/full rent depending on the situation. We are looking for a long- term place we can call home and make your life easier as a homeowner. We can assist with work that needs to be done and give you peace of mind that your property and your pets are in good hands when you travel. Tom has done extensive home remodeling and has had his own local handyman business. From basic plumbing repairs to lawn mowing, patching and painting, he is very capable. Lynn can do the gardening, watering and housekeeping. She has Caregiving experience with Seniors and those with disabilities. She has owned her own local Pet Sitting Business and is currently a Personal Assistant. We are a quiet couple in service to others. If you need something done, we can handle it. A bit more about us: Tom enjoys teaching yoga and helping people get healthy. He loves to discuss history and is fascinated by just about everyone. He likes to cook, be in nature and is a fun person to be around. Lynn is a “people person” and enjoys being a part of the community, especially to dance (her passion). She’s a Colorado native and loves nature as well. She is as reliable as she is likable. We are looking for a home with a private entrance, or a “mother-in-law” cottage where we can have our own space and help with the rest of the property as needed.
