Are you a maintenance man who can assess my outdoor landscape lighting? Just bought this place and need an assessment of all the exterior lights and repair as need. Several 12 foot high bulbs to replace as well.
There is lighting in some of the palm trees and it appears to be not working properly or perhaps some of it has fallen down from a 20 foot height.
There are also some other handyman fix ups around the property as well.
