Rehoming my little dog Yoshi

I need to rehome my small dog Yoshi, he's a small breed mix im thinking havanese or lhasa apso. He would do best as an only dog, he likes some dogs but would prefer all the attention. He's a rescue and has some issues with stealing food if he's left unsupervised. He is crate trained and knows some basic commands. Small rehoming fee and a home check is required. I love him and want the best for him and unfortunately that isn't with me. He is neutered but need his shots updated. He is microchipped but I dont know how to change the info from his old owner, possibly in the shelter he was adopted by her.
