One of Raleigh's top-rated DJ Companies is currently seeking an assistant that can grow into a Full-Fledged DJ. As an assistant, you will work directly with owners at weddings, family events, corporate events and more. You will assist with set up of sound system, lighting systems, photobooths, smoke machines and more. You will be trained on programs such as YOU DJ and DEX RE3. (look them up) Starting pay is $15 per hour with opportunities for growth up to a percentage of each event. We are seeking the following traits: Must be available most weekends and must be RELIABLE!! Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds MUST KNOW ASSORTMENT OF MUSIC STYLES!!! Must be friendly and outgoing. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE AN INTROVERT!! Must have reliable transportation, Preferably an SUV. A truly qualified candidate will knoe and be able to play a variety of music from the 40's to 2021, dance, country, latin, rap, R&B, house and more. The candidate that gets chosen will learn to interview clients, read the crowd, compile playlists, interact with large groups of people and cultivate future clientele.
