Found small off white wire haired chihuahua mix dog on the intersection of Kester Ave and Oxnard Blvd today. I can't tell if she is older or younger, but she is missing one eye. Very sweet girl. No microchip and no tags, but she had a collar on. She got a bath and some food. She is now at the east valley animal shelter. If you know who's dog this is, please contact the owner and let them know that she is safe and ready to be found. Thank you
