I FOUND this sweet boy July 12 near Pacific Ave and 11th St. in Kansas City, KS. He has a blue collar, no tags, and isn't chipped. He is very sweet, very clean, maybe one year old. He is so well behaved. He must belong to someone? Please help reunite him with his owner if he has one. Thank you
