Have a truck/van for a bike shuttle?

Looking for someone to shuttle our family of 7 with bikes. (4 adults and 3 kids) Happy to pay a minimum of $600 for the day plus fuel. Or feel free to make an offer. We are doing a family cycling trip and need some transportation. My brother and his family of 5 arrive at the Boston Airport at 7:10 AM. They will have bikes in boxes and some luggage. Then they will need to get to Portland, ME to pick up my wife and I along with our bikes. We will need a little time there to get my brother's bikes out of boxes and stash the boxes in a storage unit we rented. Then we need to get up near Machias. We will be starting at a camping spot near there. Any chance you can put together a plan and price to help make this happen? We could likely use a short shuttle on August 3rd as well if we don't make it all the way back to Portland ME cycling with the family. But we are flexible on that one so no worries if you can't do that date. The July 25th long day is the most important for us. We are open to options and appreicate any suggestions or referrals as well.
