New Co-Worker will engage LCS in the business exclusively for service of their Laundry and Ware-washing products and installation. LCS empolyee will service and any and all related business that LCS would like to service of the dispenser that dispense the chemicals to said dishmachine, three compartment and laundry washers. New Co-Worker will perform service for LCS in the State of Arizona. B. LCS desires to have the services of New Co-Worker as a Subcontractor to service Laundry and Warewashing dispensers, luandry commercial & dish machines accounts. Handyman experience only needed. 1. Service Agreement: LCS shall hire New Co-Worker as a Sub Contractor. New Co-Worker shall provide to LCS the following services: work van and all tools • Installing equipment • Servicing equipment • Representing LCS to the customer in providing advice to the customer • Any other service mutually agreed upon in writing • New Co-Worker will be on call 24/7 for LCS, for customers needing service. • Sales of any and all products LCS sells New Co-Worker agrees to follow the advice and direction of LCS, as their representative in LCS accounts. New Co-Worker will also help take care of the sales and distribution, along with LCS installations and Service. 2. BEST EFFORTS OF SERVICE COMPANY: New Co-Worker agrees to perform faithfully, industriously, and to the best of our ability, experience, and talents, all of the duties that may be required by the express and implicit terms of this Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of LCS. LCS will accept any and complete liability for damage due to problems related to the equipment installation and repair. 3. COMPENSATION OF SUB CONTRACTOR. As compensation for the services provided by LCS under this Agreement. • LCS will pay New Co-Worker 600.00 a week for the first month only. then the base will go up depending on the how you have picked up on the business. Plus high commissions, bonus and some experiences • There could be weekend calls and after hours • Travel to start.65cents per mile if you use your own work truck. • On Cell Support LCS will pay 40.00 a month • LCS will pay New Co-Worker Clingman each Friday’s after the first week. EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. LCS will reimburse New Co-Worker for "out-of-pocket" expenses relating to New Co-Worker business, office supplies, installation parts and supplies, etc. New Co-Worker will provide receipts for any expenses Many more things to discuss in person
