Amazing Courier Express Services (ACES) has your future opportunity. Come join our new team and go places! Reporting to our delivery hub in Rancho Bernardo Ca 92127 and driving a branded vehicle. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every customer order delivered on-time with great customer service. We pride ourselves on our 5 star service. This is a FULL-TIME opportunity: 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, with shifts available 7 days per week. We ask for your patients as we fully staff the team. Delivery Driving - Safely drive and operate a company-owned delivery vehicle - Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information - Navigate a variety of routes throughout our designated delivery area - Must be comfortable loading, unloading, driving and delivering packages - Must be CUSTOMER SERVICE OBSESSED! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers - Conscientiousness and ready to get the job done - Can easily lift packages up to 50 - 60 lbs - Able to get in and out of a van 200 - 300 times throughout the shift REQUIREMENTS: -Must be 21 years old -Eligible to work in the U.S. -Valid CA driver's license with good driving record -Must be able to pass a thorough: Background Investigation, Drug Screen and Driving record review -Professional appearance and positive attitude -Detail-oriented, self-motivated and the ability to work independently -Previous Customer Service a plus -Previous delivery experience a plus, but not mandatory -Previous athletic background a plus, but not mandatory COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: -Competitive hourly wage -Paid Training -Paid Overtime -Upon being hired, drivers will go through a 90 day probationary period in which their work ethic and performance is evaluated.
