The gullible liberal. It's not a "tax cut". The vast majority of folks eligible for the "tax cut" do not pay taxes in the first place, this is just another example of the nanny state hooking more and more people on the government nipple. Just more hawgs to the trough.
How can you get a "tax cut" if you don't pay any taxes? Wouldn't it just be another welfare/government subsidy check?
