I just bought a house and in the back stairwell there is an open are about 4 feet long and 13 inches high that id like for someone to make a cover for. It needs to be hinged so that I can open or remove the cover if I need to access the space. You would be attaching this cover to concrete. Please have all of your own tools and ladder and please let me know what materials you would use (what would the cover be made of - wood or vinyl etc) Please let me know your cost for materials and labor. Please reply with those details and a number to text or call you. I'd like to get this done this week.
