Landscaping/Gardner Needed

I've got a garden that is approximately 4 by 12 feet and I'd like to have all of the grass, shrubbery, plants, flowers removed and hauled away and I'd just like to be left with a the dirt (which is already there) smoothed out so I can put mulch in. As you can see in the photos, this wraps around the front porch. There looks to be an azalea tree and three ficus trees as well as some grass and some hostas/brush. I'd like it all removed and I'd like you to smooth out the dirt that remains. Please have all of your own tools and let me know your costs to remove all of the grass, shrubbery, plants, flowers, haul them away and smooth out the dirt that remains.
