Hi All, I am looking to add a member or two to my welding and fabrication shop. We do lots of railings and gates but also do signage, restaurants, furniture, lots of cool stuff! The great thing about our shop is the work is aways changing. It's not repetitive. Often times we can be installing a job in the field for a week, then working in the shop the next week or so. You must not be afraid of the outside elements, if it's hot or cold. We don't weld in the rain. It's a great opportunity to learn and also you'll have fun building really unique projects that you will be proud of. I take pride in my work, it's not about turning over work to make a buck. It's about building really cool, high quality stuff for my clients. Im really and easy going guy as well, I just don't tolerate imaturity and phone usage. If you're going to be checking your instagram, facebook, snapchat and your robbing hood account, making phone calls on my dime, please don't apply. Lunch time, no problem, not on my dime. Im looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and willing to learn. The ability to TIG weld in stainless and Aluminum is a plus but I can help if your'e rusty. The ability to read a tape ruler down to a 1/16 is a must. Must be able to handle common tasks like putting a 45 degree angle on tubes, angles, pipe, etc. Must know how to change bits in drill press, grinders etc. Must know how to set up equipment and change spools of wire and common tasks. The ability to use a grinder to blend welds is also a plus. Must wear all safety gear at all times, I don't want to ask. I want someone respectable, educated, we work on some high end houses. Many houses we work on are over 10 million plus, I do not want an employee that has there pants sagging off there back side, nike shoes and jogging sweats. Check out my website and my instagram.
