SOMEONE WITH GUTTER EXPERIENCE

Looking for someone who can do gutter-work, clean gutters, replace broken and missing straps, replace some downspouts, and redirect to yard, put some gutter guards over holes on top of gutter, etc. It's been a year and a half trying to get someone to want to do smaller job. They come, they, look, they promise, they disappear. If your looking for a big job, don't respond, if your looking to run a game, don't respond, if you don't have equipment, ladders etc., don't respond.
