Description
Looking to hire a chef (preferable a "chef 2" level, but also open to anyone with basic kitchen experience) for $15 per hour to assist a head chef with preparing all vegetarian food for a wedding on August 14. You would be helping prep food in a commercial kitchen from Wednesday, August 11 - Saturday, Aug 14 (and then would be on-site for the wedding to assemble food for serving). Hours will range from 5-8 hour days Wednesday to Friday, and a ~12 hour day on Saturday. The wedding will take place in Pittsfield, MA, and the kitchen is in Lenox, MA. Looking for anyone in the Berkshires or surrounding area.
