Bass Player Wanted for Classic Rock Top-40 Band

A classic rock top-40 band that we are retooling is looking for a dependable bass player. We play the hits from 70s through 90s and today. All are danceable. We are experienced working musicians with paid gigs. The bass player would be an equal share paid member of the four piece band. We play central PA, Johnstown, Altoona, State College, Lewistown and everywhere in-between. The guitar player and drummer have 30 plus years of live on stage experience and are in mid 50s. We have a rehearsal site in Tyrone and typically rehearse 2-3 hours every other week. That's it.  Maybe more as we get up to speed then less as we play weekend gigs. We play live paid gigs almost every Friday and Saturday.  We are NOT a jam band. We play only 3-4 minute songs. We know what works and gets us return gigs. We are venue and audience friendly and drug free. We play clubs, festivals, weddings, wineries and anywhere else we can book a show.  We also typically play 3-4 benefits for free each year. We play family friendly, professional shows that anyone could attend. Artists covered include top-40 pop and rock acts from 70s through today. Everything from Beatles to Fleetwood Mac to Lady Gaga and in-between. 1970s-Bad Company, BTO, Thin Lizzy, Pat Benatar, Eagles and more. 1980s- Romantics, Loverboy, John Mellencamp, Ramones and more. Also Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Aerosmith, Kinks, Kiss. We play what people and venues want to hear. In 2020-21 the guitarist and drummer played over 70 shows together. The band front would be guitar, female lead singer and bass at most shows. Some shows may be just guitar, bass and drums. This is a fun, no pressure band. We know how to market and book gigs. Important.... Must have dependable transportation. We haul a lot of gear and need everyone to drive separately and be responsible for their kit.  Lead and backup vocals a plus. You can suggest songs that you enjoy playing or want to sing lead on. We want to feature all your talents. If this sounds like a fit for you, please let me know. We are ready to go.
