Grass Cutting - Need grass cut this weekend

Need grass cut and yard clean up. Looking for someone who has their own lawnmower, hedge trimming, weed cutter, trash bags, and tools required to do a great job (I need them to be able to collect all grass and weeds once they are complete (this is for the front in the back) --- also if you're handy and have a ladder...looking for someone who can replace bulbs from a chandelier.
