Rehoming 3 yo German Shepherd

Apollo is a 3 year old GSD. We have had him since he was 6 months old, and he has gone through puppy preschool as well as some basic training classes. He understands sit, lie down, kennel, and place. He is neutered, up-to-date on his shots, and doesn't have any health issues. He is good with our toddlers and cats but seems to have some trouble with dogs. We previously had a white lab, and he got along just fine with her, but he does fence fight with dogs that walk by our property. Due to my wife's health issues, I am no longer able to dedicate enough time to him which is why we're rehoming him. We are asking for a $300 rehoming fee, but he will come with a large kennel, kennel bed, bed for placing, 3 bags of Science Diet for large breed dogs, up-to-date shot record, lots of treats and toys.
