Handyman Needed- Chimney Flashing, bush trimming, drywall patch /paint

Looking for a Handyman for a few jobs in Ferndale on Rental property. 1. Recently had small leak round Chimney stack and likely need new flashing and someone to check out were leak coming from. Then patch and paint small area of water damage (pics provided). 2. Trim bushes (4) in front of house and clean up/bag trimmings. 3. Clean up some light brush around house and bag. 4. Repair front porch concrete steps some pieces breaking off need to be resurfaced. Someone that can do all of these professionally especially ensure no more water leak. Tenant in house so will coordinate with them when to come onsite. Will pay $800 for all completed including materials. reply to posting and will get right back to you. Thanks for your services.
